"I used this State Farm office and was in a car accident. I called to ask about towing and was told I don't have it. I had full coverage insurance and it took the office lady at Brown and Son's to call and get them to approve/admit it. Haven't trusted State Farm since."

"The ask me repeatedly for the same information that I've already sent them, they forget to do things that I ask, they forgot to file a policy for a new car and I couldn't get my tag, it took three months to get auto payments set up correctly. I also tried to file a claim last year and one of the employees just kept asking me for the same information over and over again that I didn't know. She wanted the drivers license plate # (I didn't see it before they hit me), the make, model, color of the truck (I wasn't sure on make and model) - basically she just wasted my time until I finally said "forget it.""
